Dr. Mina Ibrahim grew up in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Raised by a father who practiced as a veterinarian and a mother in public health, she naturally gravitated toward healthcare while maintaining a deep passion for creativity and the arts. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she discovered her passion for dentistry while volunteering as an Arabic translator at the Crossover Healthcare Ministry clinic.
Dr. Ibrahim went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2022. Drawn back to the energy of a major metropolitan area, she completed her general practice residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. There, she advanced her clinical skills in surgical procedures and emergency care, while also developing a specialized interest in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Ibrahim has since returned to Virginia and is honored to serve the Richmond community as a part of Monument Family Dentistry since 2025.

Outside the Office

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ibrahim finds inspiration through fashion, art, and visual design, frequently visiting local galleries and museums with her sister, or collecting editorial magazines and vinyl albums with unique creative direction. An animal lover at heart, she never misses an opportunity to greet a stray cat along her walks. Above all, Dr. Ibrahim is a proud aunt who enjoys video gaming with her nephews and engaging in high-stakes discussions about Sonic the Hedgehog or her latest favorite dinosaur.
